Hello everyone, it has been a while but I’m back, I’m taking things easy but I’m okay, I’ve been under a lot of emotional stress lately and had to take some time out but I think I’m finding my feet again, I want to get back into my writing because at the moment it’s the one hobby I really can enjoy and I didn’t want to let go of that. But before we get too personal, let’s get into some favourites of mine that I loved in October.
I’ve been watching a Netflix series called Haunted. I’m a sucker for horror, I love a good ghost story and when I saw this series I instantly knew it was right up my street. It involves true stories of what happened to real people, years ago and it so scary and fascinating at the same time, if you are a fan of horror films and paranormal happenings then this series is for you. I’m obsessed, however I know its not for everyone and a quick warning to those who are interested it’s not suitable for kids as it can be scary.
I wanted to involve these in my favourites as I realised I was obsessed with them when I went on holiday to Barcelona, they are BBQ flavoured crisps, and I know that sounds simple but trust me they were good! And only 40 cents, I’ve included a picture of these, if you ever get the chance, try them they are insane!
As you know a lot has gone on, I’ve been keeping up appointments with my mental health doctor and it has helped massively I’ve noticed a difference in my anxiety, my panic attacks don’t happen as often as they did. I know this is short and I will get back into the swing of things again soon, but I’m not going to jump straight back into it as I’m still taking things easy. I honestly can’t wait for the time when I know in my heart I’m truly happy and content with where I am, time is a healer it’s just annoying I’m not that patient.
