Why Mummy Swears, Book Review

I don’t really get time to read as often as I’d like, but I have just finished reading this book written by Gill Sims, it’s called Why Mummy Swears. A book like this I feel would honestly make the most funniest comedy movie ever as it’s so relatable.

The first time I started reading this book I knew I was going to love it. The way it’s written shows how relatable it is, the humour is brilliant and genuinely does get you chuckling to yourself while reading it.

I love how realistic the book is, it makes everyone who is trying to juggle several different things at once feel normal and that most people go through the same thing. when you’re reading it, it almost sounds like you’re there sitting and talking to the writer, it’s like a casual chat and I love how natural it feels when reading it.

I’d recommend this book to anyone who loves a lot of humour, it’s an easy read and I found it difficult to put down when I started reading it. it was a nice uplifting funny book to read which was definitely a change to the crime novels I usually read instead.

Until the next reading adventure…
